No Software

Get started in minutes! Our analysis solutions are server-based and work via web interface, so we can offer them as a service either directly or via service partners. Users can set up an account and start using service immediately without need to invest in hardware or software. They can use Upload utility to stream images to server for processing analysis and publishing and pay per use for utilized storage and CPU resources.

Web Collaboration

Collaborate online instantly. Simagis Live server features web-based interface. Web browser and account on the server are all that users  need to get started and  use applications  on Simagis Live server, no software to download, install and maintain. Users can manage their Workspaces from any computer, netbook or webpad and share projects with a single click, send shared link by email or embed live Image Viewer in their web pages. Several people can review, annotate and measure images simultaneously with live markers and notes immediately visible to everyone.

Imaging Options

Use any microscope. Because we can process image arrays of any size on server, you can build virtual slides from the stream of image mosaic tiles using regular microscopes  as well as slide scanners that can produce continuous image. Our Upload Utility can take large files or arrays of images from your local desktop, or read frames directly from the microscope camera, and stream them to the Simagis Server. The Server will assemble individual image tiles into continuous virtual slide and publish results as soon as "tiles" are received.

Image Processing

Don't simply view your digital slides online - analyze them! Simagis Live server  processes single images and image arrays of unlimited size in parallel on as many CPU cores as available. Image size is only limited by storage capacity, speed and number of available CPUs on the server. This technology allows processing and analysis of images of any size using high performance scalable server infrastructure that can be deployed in-house on the "cloud".
